Job summary

DFDS is seeking a Global Core HR Process Lead to shape scalable HR processes and the master data framework across Europe and beyond. You will drive Workday-enabled standardisation and partner with PeopleTech and regional teams to ensure global consistency with local compliance.

You will lead initiatives to simplify and digitalise the HR landscape, connecting processes across the Workday and broader HR systems, while guiding master data governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HRIS and HR master data management.
• Proven experience implementing, standardizing, and optimizing HR processes.
• Deep understanding of HR operations, processes, and data definitions.
• Skilled in analysing and enhancing HR processes.
• Familiarity with data governance and compliance requirements.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
• Experienced in managing HR projects effectively.
• Having a 'can do' mentality and easy to connect with.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve global Core HR processes and HR master data framework.
• Drive digitalisation, standardisation and simplification through Workday.
• Shape the Core HR Workday roadmap with PeopleTech and deployments.
• Connect Core HR processes across Workday and HR systems landscape.
• Strengthen HR data governance, quality and compliance with the Master Data team.
• Use data and system insights to identify improvement opportunities and drive adoption.
• Partner with Regional HR Service Delivery Heads to balance global consistency with regional/legal needs.
• Collaborate across the HR CoE to ensure end-to-end lifecycle alignment.
