Job summary

Enzo Tech Group is partnering with an international payroll leader to appoint a SAP Danish Payroll Lead who will own the end-to-end Danish payroll cycle and provide SAP payroll expertise to clients across Europe.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP Payroll with Danish payroll knowledge, fluent Danish and English, and remote work within Denmark with potential assignments in Spain or Poland.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on SAP Payroll experience, with 8–12 years preferred.
• Strong experience with Danish payroll processing, legislation and tax.
• Fluent Danish and English, client-facing payroll service experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the full Danish payroll cycle from inputs through to final processing.
• Use Payroll Control Center to monitor payroll, identify exceptions and resolve errors.
• Ensure payroll calculations comply with Danish legislation and requirements.
• Act as the Danish payroll SME, supporting clients and colleagues with queries.
• Support testing, new client implementations and continuous improvement of the service.

Job description

Enzo are working with a leading international payroll organisation who are expanding their SAP Managed Payroll Services (MPS) and BPO capability across Europe.

They require a SAP Danish Payroll / Payroll Country Lead to join them on a permanent basis.

This role will focus on owning the Danish payroll cycle end-to-end, providing SAP Payroll expertise, supporting clients and helping develop a scalable managed payroll service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and oversee the full Danish payroll cycle from inputs and calculations through to final processing.
• Use Payroll Control Center to monitor payroll, identify exceptions and resolve errors.
• Ensure payroll calculations and processing comply with Danish payroll legislation and requirements.
• Act as the Danish payroll SME, supporting clients and colleagues with complex payroll queries.
• Support testing, new client implementations, documentation and continuous improvement of the Danish payroll service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Payroll experience, with 8–12 years preferred.
• Strong experience with Danish payroll processing, legislation, tax and payroll practices.
• Experience with SAP Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll or Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Strong understanding of payroll calculations, wage types and error resolution.
• Fluent Danish and English, with client-facing and payroll service experience highly desirable.
• Duration: Permanent
• Remote within Denmark; opportunities also available in Spain and Poland.
