Zusammenfassung

n8n GmbH is seeking a senior Partner Delivery Operations Lead to build and scale a high-performing partner delivery program. You will coordinate trusted services partners, govern commercial structures, and drive delivery excellence, ensuring strong outcomes for customers worldwide.

You will work closely with Customer Success, Partnerships, Sales, and Finance to shape the Forward Deployed Engineering capabilities while maintaining a builder mindset in a fast-moving European startup.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in partner delivery or vendor/subcontractor management within software/tech.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing SOWs and subcontracting agreements.
• Ability to define KPIs, SLAs, and governance processes with data-driven accountability.
• Strong collaboration with Legal, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple engagements and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Define and scale partner delivery playbooks, processes, and quality standards for FDE engagements.
• Own engagement intake, allocation, and model selection with internal teams and partners.
• Provide visibility into performance, capacity, risks, and learnings to leadership.
• Manage partner subcontracting agreements, SOWs, and commercial structures with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee partner billing and engagement costs, ensuring accurate financial tracking.
• Define KPIs, track SLAs, run performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate onboarding, certification, access, and offboarding with Enablement and Partner Solution Engineering.
• Ensure scoping, measurable success criteria, and smooth handoffs to Customer Success.
• Proactively identify, elevate, and resolve delivery risks affecting customers.
