Ambu A/S seeks a Global Process Owner to lead the end-to-end Order to Cash transformation, standardizing processes worldwide and ensuring alignment with ERP capabilities. The role drives governance, KPI definition and a roadmap across regions, functions, and systems.

You will partner with IT, Finance and business leaders to design globally scalable processes, ensure compliance, and enable sustainable process ownership beyond the programme.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in transformation or Order to Cash leadership.
• Experience leading ERP-enabled programmes (SAP S/4HANA, Infor, Oracle Cloud or similar).
• Deep expertise across the complete Order to Cash value stream.
• Experience designing global templates and operating models.
• Strong governance, master data and data harmonisation knowledge.
• Experience working with Systems Integrators and delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive influence.
• Structured, proactive and outcomes-oriented work style.
• Experience in regulated environments (medical devices/life sciences/pharma advantageous).
• Willingness to travel regularly across Ambu’s footprint.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Business Workstream Lead within our transformation.
• Own global Order to Cash vision, standards, governance, roadmap and KPIs.
• Define end-to-end principles for the O2C cycle.
• Drive fit-to-standard design and reduce local variants.
• Lead cross-functional decisions on service levels, revenue interfaces, and compliance.
• Mobilize process leads and ensure country adoption.
• Establish KPIs, data standards and benefit tracking.
