Qualifications

• Degree as Foreman in Refrigeration, Certified Refrigeration Technician, or related refrigeration qualification.
• More than 5 years of technical refrigeration experience and knowledge of typical systems and electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-class technical support to refrigeration customers and installers via phone and email.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting and answer product-related questions in real time.
• Support sales account managers and internal teams with technical expertise for right solutions.
• Document customer interactions and technical activities in Salesforce CRM for cross-team collaboration.
• Deliver internal and external training to build technical capability with customers and colleagues.
