Job summary

Danfoss A/S is seeking an Order Fulfillment Representative in Nordborg, Denmark. The role sits on-site at the Nordborg HQ and focuses on ensuring products reach major European customers through our Global Fulfilment team.

Responsibilities include coordinating across manufacturing sites and distributors, handling disruptions, and aligning commitments with operations. The role offers a fixed-term contract with potential transition to permanent based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in order fulfilment, customer service, supply planning, production planning, purchasing, or another supply chain-related function.
• You are proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment and driving them to completion.
• You enjoy connecting with people and building effective working relationships across teams and functions.
• Experience with ERP systems and digital business processes.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order fulfillment activities across sites and partners to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage order exceptions and disruptions by identifying risks and resolving delivery issues.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to align commitments with capabilities and priorities.
• Work with logistics, warehousing, and transport teams to optimize product flow.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
