The Impact You'll Make

As a Representative, Order Fulfillment, you will play a key role in ensuring products from our distribution center reach some of Danfoss' largest customers across Europe. Working for Danfoss Power Solutions' Controls division from our Headquarters in Nordborg, Denmark, you will join our supportive and collaborative Global Fulfilment team that values knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and helping each other succeed. You will act as an important link between manufacturing sites, distribution operations, customer-facing teams, and other supply chain partners. Your work will help ensure reliable product availability, smooth delivery processes, and a positive customer experience.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across end-to-end supply chain operations in an international environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate order fulfillment activities across manufacturing sites and distribution partners to ensure customer orders are delivered efficiently and on time.
• Manage order exceptions and supply chain disruptions by identifying risks, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining service performance.
• Collaborate with Customer Care teams and key stakeholders to align customer commitments with operational capabilities and business priorities.
• Work closely with logistics, warehousing, and transportation teams to optimize product flow and resolve supply chain challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and support business transformation.

Essential Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Experience in order fulfillment, customer service, supply planning, production planning, purchasing, or another supply chain-related function.
• You are proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks in a fast-paced environment and driving them to completion.
• You enjoy connecting with people and building effective working relationships across different teams and functions.
• Experience working with ERP systems and digital business processes.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP, especially SAP S/4HANA.
• Exposure to international supply chain, logistics, or customer operations environments.
