Job summary

Danfoss Turbocor is launching a new service center in Nordborg, Denmark, and this on-site role will lead repair operations ensuring safety, efficiency, and timely results for customers worldwide.

You will coordinate across service operations, supply chain, warehousing, investigations, production and site leadership to align priorities and resources, influencing customer satisfaction and service performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, service, repair, or other industrial environment.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence outcomes.
• Knowledge of production planning, operational scheduling, inventory management, and material flow processes.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP for planning and order management.
• Strong communication skills in Danish and English.

The Impact You'll Make

At Danfoss Turbocor, you will play a key role in launching and shaping our newly established Service Center in Nordborg, Denmark. In this on-site role, you will ensure compressor repair operations run safely, efficiently, and on time, helping customers around the world keep critical systems operating at their best.

You will act as the operational hub between service operations, supply chain, customer experience, warehousing, investigations, production, and site leadership. Your ability to align priorities and resources will directly influence customer satisfaction, equipment availability, repair turnaround times, and service performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
