Job summary

Maersk seeks an Operational Excellence Lead to drive the localization, maturity and impact of The Maersk Way Operating System and NDC OPEX training across the Nordics. This senior individual contributor partners with Product, Operations, Finance CX and the Area Leadership Team to scale standardized improvements across frontline operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, operations or related field.
7-10+ years of functional experience in logistics and services.
Experience with Operational Excellence, Lean, Kaizen, PDCA/DMAIC, RCA, A3, VSM and daily management.

Responsibilities

Design and implement the localization strategy for The Maersk Way across the Nordics.
Establish and sustain performance management routines (cadences, SQC boards, KPI routines).
Standardize operational processes and governance routines across the Nordics.
Provide guidance on structured problem solving (A3, Kaizen, Lean, RCA) to the business.
Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional projects.
Coach frontline teams on TMW tools and OPEX training programs.
