As Global Master Trainer you will design learning pathways, certification, coaching tools and learning governance, ensuring consistent standards and deployment.

This is a senior, international role requiring cross‑functional collaboration, leadership, and regular travel to support sites and leadership teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Learning & Development, Organisational Development or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Own and lead AAK’s global Operational Excellence Capability Strategy, ensuring capability building, learning governance and coaching support the organisation’s maturity ambitions.
