Job summary

Deel is seeking a client-focused onboarding líder to migrate customers from acquired companies to the Deel platform and its processes. Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in a Customer Onboarding or Customer Success role for a B2B SaaS product.
• Solid understanding of the managed Payroll domain.
• Ability to learn systems to provide immediate support to clients or colleagues.
• Comfortable working with large data sets and data transformation.
• Natural project manager with attention to detail.
• Customer-obsessed with strong relationship-building skills.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Setup project plans with deliverable dates using applicable tools.
• Oversee regular customer status meetings and reporting.
• Lead data migrations from acquired companies into Deel.
• Manage tasks with dependencies across teams to meet client deadlines.
• Support teammates with escalations and day-to-day questions.
• Drive complex projects and process/product improvements.
• Orient clients to Deel products and assist with Change Management.
• Develop materials to help clients navigate the project.
• Problem-solve client issues and advocate for client success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Operations, Product and Engineering.
• Suggest and implement onboarding workflow optimizations and internal projects.
