Job summary

Deel is seeking a seasoned professional to manage end-to-end client mobility programs, acting as the primary immigration and relocation contact. You will drive compliant, high-quality mobility solutions while partnering with GTM, Product, and Sales to grow Deel’s Mobility offering.

You will work across Product, Operations, Legal, and client teams to embed mobility expertise into Deel’s platform and delivery processes, ensuring scalable, compliant solutions globally.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in immigration case management or global mobility coordination.
• Experience building multi-country immigration programs.
• Experience coordinating with external immigration attorneys or vendors.

Summary

This role is responsible for managing client mobility programs end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact for immigration and relocation queries, driving continuous improvement, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver compliant, high-quality mobility solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manages and builds programs ready for end to end client mobility services, coordinating with business leaders, and immigration specialists to design and execute compliant, high-quality solutions.
• Monitors program health, drives continuous improvement, and serves as the day-to-day point of contact for immigration compliance set-up questions.
• Provides high-quality responses to queries and processes related to navigating immigration and relocation based on industry and immigration knowledge.
• Drives commercial and revenue-generating outcomes – identifies new product and service opportunities and partners with GTM, Product, and Sales teams to grow Deel’s Mobility business.
• Partners cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, Legal, clients, and other functions to embed immigration and mobility expertise into Deel’s platform and client delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in immigration case management, global mobility coordination, global immigration program building, or international HR support
• Working knowledge of business immigration processes in at least one major jurisdiction, with exposure to multi-country programs
• Experience coordinating with external immigration attorneys and vendors
• Proficiency with case management or mobility tracking tools and HRIS platforms
• Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and identify risk
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with employees at all levels.
• Commercial acumen and demonstrated experience partnering with GTM, Product, and Sales teams to translate mobility expertise into revenue-generating products and services.
• Active and proficient use of AI tools (e.g., Claude/Cowork) to enhance planning, reporting, and operational efficiency; eagerness to continuously adopt new technology to improve the function.
• Client-facing experience with demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with corporate clients or senior external stakeholders.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field; advanced degree in law, HR, international business, or a related field preferred.

• Our salary range reflects gross base salary. For commercial roles with commission eligibility, this figure represents On-Target Earnings (OTE), inclusive of base salary and target commission.

• Final pay is based on objective, job-related criteria including experience, skills, and location.
