Job summary

Deel is seeking a seasoned professional to manage end-to-end client mobility programs, acting as the primary immigration and relocation contact. You will drive compliant, high-quality mobility solutions while partnering with GTM, Product, and Sales to grow Deel’s Mobility offering.

You will work across Product, Operations, Legal, and client teams to embed mobility expertise into Deel’s platform and delivery processes, ensuring scalable, compliant solutions globally.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in immigration case management or global mobility coordination.
• Experience building multi-country immigration programs.
• Experience coordinating with external immigration attorneys or vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end client mobility programs with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor program health and drive continuous improvement in immigration setup.
• Provide timely responses to immigration and relocation queries.
