Job summary

Deel is seeking a skilled onboarding professional to manage migrations, onboarding projects, and client success strategies. You will partner with Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive adoption of Deel’s platform.

In this client-facing role, you will own onboarding plans, coordinate stakeholders, and champion product capabilities to expand client use of Deel while ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in a Customer Onboarding or Customer Success role for a B2B SaaS product.
• Solid understanding of the managed Payroll domain and related concepts.

Responsibilities

• Set up project plans with deliverable dates using project tools.
• Oversee regular customer status meetings and reporting.
• Coordinate data migrations from acquired companies to Deel and perform QA gates.
