As a Staff Engineer for the US Payroll team, you will guide architecture, set engineering standards, and partner with the Director of Engineering to drive strategic technical initiatives.

You will architect and scale the payroll platform to support enterprise clients and the EOR/PEO ecosystem, while mentoring engineers and shaping technical culture across multiple

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience leading 30+ engineers.
• Strong system design and architecture skills.
