Qualifications

• Experience in a market-facing role or in close partnership with sales companies.
• Significant experience in commercial project leadership, product launches, or market readiness.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or related field with 5+ years in sales, marketing, or project management.

Responsibilities

• Communicate global strategies and launch plans, ensuring locally executable plans and launch readiness.
• Champion market needs and launch realities within programs, reflecting customers and users.
• Represent Market Readiness in PMT and ensure timely, high-quality delivery against milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and provide visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, quality, and readiness.
• Enable decisions through concise status reporting and early escalation of critical issues.
