Job summary

Demant Diagnostics seeks a Senior Director, Global Product Management to lead and shape its global product management function. You will set strategic direction for product categories, strengthen category capabilities, and drive transformation across a diverse diagnostics portfolio.

You will lead a team of category managers, align roadmaps with brand strategies, and collaborate with global leaders to deliver focused portfolio decisions and greater strategic focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related discipline.
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams and driving organisational change.
• Experience in global MedTech, Life Sciences, healthcare, diagnostics or complex B2B environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global category management strategy across the Diagnostics portfolio.
• Lead, coach, and develop the global product management team.
• Establish governance and collaboration across brands and functions.
• Drive category-level strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans across multiple brands.
• Partner with brands, R&D, Commercial Excellence, and Operations to translate customer needs into portfolio decisions.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and adoption of strategic priorities.
• Build relationships with senior leaders, customers, and key industry stakeholders.
