Demant Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Director, Global Product Management to lead the Global Product Management function and set strategic direction for category management across our diagnostics portfolio.

Based at our Diagnostics headquarters in Smørum, Copenhagen, with the opportunity to work from home when tasks allow, you will build a high-performing team and drive alignment across brands, functions, and geographies to shape the future of our product portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related discipline.
• Extensive experience with product & category management in global settings.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and organisational change.
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to translate market insights into strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global category management strategy across the Diagnostics portfolio aligned with the multi-brand strategy.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team and global product management organisation.
• Establish effective ways of working, governance, and collaboration across brands and functions.
• Drive category-level strategies, roadmaps, and lifecycle plans across multiple brands.
• Partner with brands, R&D, Commercial Excellence, and Operations to translate customer needs into portfolio decisions.
• Lead organisational change initiatives and ensure adoption of strategic priorities across stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders, customers, and industry stakeholders.
