Zealand Pharma in Søborg, Denmark, is seeking a Senior Director, Global Marketing Strategy to build and lead the marketing capabilities that bring our medicines to healthcare professionals and patients. • Extensive experience in brand strategy within pharma/biotech, with senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record on global or regional launches, preferably in obesity or metabolic health.
• Experience with omnichannel and digital engagement strategies for HCPs and patients.
• Strong understanding of promotional compliance and review processes.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, and marketing analytics.
• Experience working in matrixed, international environments, ideally with partners.
• Master's degree; MBA is a plus; fluency in English.

• Define brand strategy, including positioning, segmentation and value proposition.
• Develop the go-to-market and marketing strategy with integrated multichannel plans.
• Build the marketing function, including team structure, processes, and agency partnerships.
• Own marketing planning, budgeting, and performance measurement.
• Lead launch-readiness activities for marketing, campaigns, tools, and engagement models.
• Ensure promotional activities comply with regulatory and internal review requirements.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Market Access, and the U.S. organization to align execution across markets.
