Job summary

Maersk in Aarhus is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to serve key clients by delivering seamless logistics support and proactive care across the supply chain.

You will build strong relationships, coordinate shipments from booking to delivery, monitor performance, and work with internal teams to meet customer expectations. Fluency in English and Danish is required, and prior customer-facing logistics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Building strong, long-term relationships with key clients and understanding their business priorities
• Acting as a trusted partner and main contact for customer inquiries, updates, and issue resolution
• Coordinating shipments and ensuring smooth execution across the supply chain—from booking to delivery
• Monitoring service performance and proactively addressing any disruptions or delays
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer commitments are met
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer journey
• Encouraging and supporting customers in using digital tools that simplify their daily operations
