Job summary

Novonesis seeks a Principal LIMS Delivery Lead to drive delivery of IT initiatives within the Core LIMS Configuration workstream of Program LIMS. You will own delivery, establish structure, traceability, and timely execution across initiatives.

You will coordinate with IT, business, vendors and global workstreams, provide bi-weekly updates to PMO, and translate plans into measurable progress. Danish and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical experience with LIMS solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, including delivery of application-related initiatives in a LIMS environment.
• Strong experience working across IT, business, and vendors in a global environment.
• Fluency in Danish and English; familiarity with structured IT practices and agile ways of working is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery and execution of IT initiatives within the Core LIMS Configuration scope.
• Take IT ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure structure, traceability, progress tracking, and timely execution.
• Coordinate alignment within Core LIMS Configuration and across workstreams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Act as the single point of contact and escalation point for business stakeholders within the workstream.
• Provide bi-weekly updates to PMO and stakeholders on progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
