Job summary

Novonesis is seeking a Principal LIMS Delivery Lead to drive the execution of IT initiatives within the Core LIMS Configuration workstream of Program LIMS. You will own deliverables, coordinate across IT, business, and vendors, and provide regular updates to PMO and stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on LIMS experience, strong project management skills, and fluency in Danish and English. The position is based in Hørsholm, Denmark, with a hybrid, office-first arrangement and regular on-site

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT project management experience, including delivery of application-related initiatives in a LIMS environment.
• Fluency in Danish and English; familiarity with structured IT practices and agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery and execution of IT initiatives within the Core LIMS Configuration scope.
• Take IT ownership of assigned deliverables, ensuring structure, traceability, progress tracking, and timely execution.
• Coordinate alignment within Core LIMS Configuration and across workstreams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Act as single point of contact and escalation point for business stakeholders.
• Provide bi-weekly updates to PMO and stakeholders on progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

You will ensure clear ownership, structure, traceability, progress tracking, and timely delivery across assigned initiatives. Acting as the IT point of contact and escalation point for business stakeholders, you will coordinate across IT, business, vendors, and global workstreams to maintain alignment, manage dependencies, and translate plans into measurable progress.About the team:You will join Enterprise Business Applications, a global team within Enterprise Business Solutions in IT, with colleagues in Denmark, Germany, Brazil, and India. The team manages enterprise applications supporting critical Novonesis processes, including LIMS and other specialized systems. From the outset, you will be fully allocated to Program LIMS and lead the Core LIMS Configuration workstream.
