Novonesis is seeking a Principal LIMS Delivery Lead to drive the Core LIMS Configuration workstream within Program LIMS. You will own deliverables, ensure traceability, and coordinate with IT, business partners, vendors, and global workstreams to maintain alignment and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical experience with LIMS solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management, including delivery of application-related initiatives in a LIMS environment.
• Strong experience working across IT, business, and vendors in a global environment.
• Proven ability to create clarity, remove delivery barriers, and drive progress with team members and stakeholders.
• Fluency in Danish and English; familiarity with structured IT practices and agile ways of working is an advantage.

As Principal LIMS Delivery Lead, you will drive the execution of IT initiatives within the Core LIMS Configuration workstream of Program LIMS. You will ensure clear ownership, structure, traceability, progress tracking, and timely delivery across assigned initiatives. Acting as the IT point of contact and escalation point for business stakeholders, you will coordinate across IT, business, vendors, and global workstreams to maintain alignment, manage dependencies, and translate plans into measurable progress.

About the team:

You will join Enterprise Business Applications, a global team within Enterprise Business Solutions in IT, with colleagues in Denmark, Germany, Brazil, and India. The team manages enterprise applications supporting critical Novonesis processes, including LIMS and other specialized systems. From the outset, you will be fully allocated to Program LIMS and lead the Core LIMS Configuration workstream. The global program brings together colleagues in Denmark, the United States, China, and India to establish a common LIMS platform supporting future-ready Quality Control across 29 laboratories and approximately 8,500 analyses.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Driving delivery and execution of IT initiatives within the Core LIMS Configuration scope
• Taking IT ownership of assigned deliverables and ensuring structure, traceability, progress tracking, and timely execution
• Coordinating alignment within Core LIMS Configuration and across workstreams, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Acting as the single point of contact and escalation point for business stakeholders within the workstream

To succeed you must hold:

• Hands-on technical experience with LIMS solutions
