Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Senior Business Process Owner – Leads to own and evolve the global Lead Excellence process model, aligning Marketing and Sales Excellence while promoting tool adoption. The role is based in Bjerringbro with weekly office presence expected.

You will translate customer insights into scalable lead initiatives, drive adoption of tools like Marketo and Zinfi, and collaborate across divisions to drive pipeline growth and commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in process excellence, sales, marketing, or related commercial area.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements in commercial functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the global Lead Excellence process model across CRM, Marketing Module, Lead App, Lead Matching Tool, Marketo, and Zinfi.
• Drive adoption of lead management tools and establish global best practices for lead handling and qualification.
• Act as business owner toward Product Teams by defining requirements, testing solutions, and supporting successful deployments.
• Design future lead processes with global stakeholders, identify gaps, and optimize workflows.
• Deliver reporting and insights that support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate across Divisions, Digital & Customer Excellence, Grundfos IS, and Group Services to drive process excellence.
