Job summary

Maersk is seeking a commercially driven Global LCL & Cargo Risk Management Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across Ocean LCL, FCL Forwarding, and Cargo Risk Management products. You will work with Product, Sales and regional teams to identify opportunities, strengthen sales effectiveness, and convert complex customer opportunities into measurable business growth.

You will engage with enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor on LCL, FCL forwarding, and cargo risk

Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer-facing commercial roles.
• Experience with LCL/FCL forwarding and ocean forwarding is highly valued.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic opportunities across Global, Regional, and Area teams.
• Engage with strategic and enterprise customers, building relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end customer solutions for complex supply chains and drive opportunities from qualification to closure.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth handover to onboarding.
