Job summary

Danish Crown A/S is seeking a seasoned head of Global IT Service Management to lead a multi-country team from Randers. This role drives adoption of standardized service management across IT and production-critical environments, shaping the operating model and governance with a clear mandate.

The ideal candidate has strong people leadership, change management experience, and deep ITSM knowledge, with fluency in English and a track record across international teams.

Qualifications

• Proven people leadership experience with developing individuals and teams.
• Experience leading teams through change and new operating models.
• Experience leading colleagues across countries and locations.
• Solid working knowledge of IT Service Management and process design.
• Fluent English, written and spoken (CEFR C1+).

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team across three countries through a significant transition.
• Set direction, priorities, and define what good looks like for each process.
• Coach individuals with structured development plans and feedback.
• Govern and improve Global IT service management processes and daily operation.
• Drive process adoption across Technology & Operational Services.
• Ensure service reviews, SLAs and supplier governance across services.
• Define ownership framework and maintain quality and consistency.
• Build relationships with Operations Center, platform teams, and stakeholders.
