Danish Crown is seeking a Service Manager for Foundation Services and Transformation within Global IT in Randers. You will help define and mature foundation services, ensure clear ownership and interfaces, and drive coordinated transformation across countries, platforms and suppliers.

You will collaborate with Service Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders to implement governance, standardisation and automation, enabling scalable service delivery.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years IT experience with ITSM and service ownership.
• Bachelor's or Master's in IT/Business or equivalent.
• Experience with service transition and operational readiness across teams.
• Experience with multi-supplier environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English.

Aufgaben

• Define and mature foundation services, including scope, ownership, interfaces, dependencies, governance requirements and expected outcomes.
• Establish common standards, governance models, playbooks and operating routines across foundation services.
• Translate approved service direction and roadmaps into coordinated transformation plans, track progress, dependencies, risks and outcomes.
• Drive service integration across delivery teams, platforms, suppliers and countries with clear responsibilities and handovers.
• Coordinate transition and operational readiness for new or changed services into stable operation.
• Identify opportunities for standardisation, automation and simplification across services.
• Collaborate with Service Owners and operational Service Managers to provide governance structures and transformation support.
• Challenge fragmentation and local variation where enterprise approaches add value.
