Job summary

Impact Fund Denmark is hiring a Digital Workplace Specialist to own the tools, devices, and security controls used by staff worldwide. You’ll manage the Microsoft 365 estate—Teams, SharePoint, Defender, Sentinel, Intune and Entra ID—and help our teams stay secure, productive, and connected, anywhere in the world.

Based in Copenhagen, you will join a collaborative Technology & Operations team and play a key role in transitioning from on‑premises to cloud solutions, while delivering end‑to‑end

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the global rollout and lifecycle management of the laptop estate across regional offices.
• Take accountability for security of the setup, including monitoring and tuning Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel; manage IAM, data privacy rules, and safe file-sharing practices.
• Support and drive the transition from on-premises to cloud-based Microsoft 365 services.
• Set up and maintain Microsoft 365 intranet, Teams, and SharePoint while ensuring security and usability.
• Troubleshoot software and device issues and provide staff with effective support and training.
