Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Specialist, Inventory Strategy to join our Global Merchandising & Supply Chain team in Copenhagen. You will act as the strategic link between commercial ambitions and inventory performance across retail clusters, owning inventory and driving data-led decisions to optimize stock availability.

The role suits someone in early career with 1–4 years of experience, strong Excel, Power BI, SQL or similar, and a proactive mindset to influence stakeholders and improve processes

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of relevant professional experience within Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Allocation, Merchandise Planning, Demand Planning, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory performance and stock investment strategies across assigned retail clusters.
• Develop inventory frameworks that balance customer demand, commercial performance, and working capital efficiency.
• Monitor inventory risks and proactively addressing low stock, excess inventory, and supply constraints.
• Drive inventory rebalancing strategies across the retail network to maximize stock utilization and improve availability.
• Establish and track key inventory KPIs including stock health, forecast accuracy, sell-through, and availability.
• Support allocation and scarcity management decisions for high-demand or constrained products.
• Lead discussions with cluster stakeholders and drive alignment on inventory decisions.
• Support strategic projects and transformation initiatives affecting inventory and supply chain.
