Job summary

Maersk Group - A.P. Møller Mærsk in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Communications Advisor to join the Leadership Communication & Content team.

You will support strategy communication, lead change projects, and help define narratives across internal and external channels. Collaborating with a global team, you’ll engage our 100,000 colleagues, produce content, and help shape communications from town halls to podcasts, while applying an agile mindset and AI-enabled practices.

Qualifications

• Strong collaboration and advisory skills across levels of the organisation.
• Proven ability to navigate large organisations and build relationships.
• Proven experience leading communication projects with a strategic toolbox.
• Skilled storyteller and content producer turning complex topics into clear narratives.
• Experience advising senior leaders across formats (townhalls, written content, podcasts, videos).
• Master's degree in communications, business or related discipline; ideally with corporate comms experience and native/near-native English writing.
