Carlsberg Group is seeking a Global Executive Recruitment Partner to lead senior leadership hiring across Asia and beyond. You will work with senior leaders and People & Culture partners to run complex executive searches and bring market intelligence into hiring decisions.

Located in Hong Kong or other Carlsberg Asian markets, this role requires fluency in Mandarin and English, deep stakeholder influence, and a strategic approach to diversity and leadership pipelines.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Mandarin and English required; additional Asian languages a plus.
• Proven experience in executive search or senior leadership hiring.
• Experience advising and partnering with senior stakeholders in complex hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex leadership searches across Carlsberg’s organization, with focus on Asia.
• Proactively identify and engage senior leadership talent through direct search, market mapping, and talent intelligence.
• Advise senior stakeholders on executive recruitment strategies and selection decisions.
• Bring market insight to inform leadership hiring and succession planning across Asian markets.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience and manage confidential executive searches.
• Support strategic leadership pipeline initiatives and contribute to DE&I commitments.
