Alfa Laval Denmark is seeking a Global Project Manager to lead a Time, Attendance and Absence system rollout across our international HR community. You will balance global standardization with local requirements and steer cross‑regional alignment.

You will establish governance, coordinate vendor selection, data migration and testing, and drive change management to ensure payroll accuracy and operational continuity. PMP certification and multi‑country HR tech experience are preferred.

• Experience leading multi-country HR technology implementations.
• Proven ability to align global standards with local requirements in a matrix organization.
• Experience in RFP processes and vendor selection for HR systems.
• Strong governance, risk and change management skills.
