Job summary

Demant is seeking a Project Manager for its Executive Office & Corporate Strategy in Denmark. This 12-month parental leave cover places you at the heart of governance processes and leadership initiatives, reporting to the VP of the department.

You will coordinate planning, alignment, and follow-through across senior stakeholders, turning complex plans into clear actions. The role focuses on structuring timelines and ensuring delivery across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, events, processes, or business activities.
• Highly organized with strong planning and tracking skills.
• Build relationships and collaborate across functions and levels.
• Clear written and spoken communication.
• Knowledge of governance processes and leadership forums is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive project management of the Management and Sustainability Statement processes for the Annual Report.
• Coordinate the Global Top Management programme, including leadership events and associated deliverables.
• Maintain and develop the Group Annual Wheel and related governance planning.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Prepare and coordinate presentations, pre-reads, meeting materials, and governance deliverables.
• Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks to keep activities on track.
• Drive continuous improvements to governance processes and ways of working.
• Support the VP of Executive Office & Corporate Strategy on key priorities and special projects.
