Job summary

Blue Water Shipping in Denmark seeks a student worker in People & Culture to work 15–20 hours weekly, based in Aarhus or Esbjerg. You will join the Talent Attraction team and collaborate globally to optimize processes and employer branding initiatives.

You will gain hands-on HR project experience, learn recruitment and employer branding practices, and help turn ideas into improvements that benefit colleagues and candidates. Flexible start via internship possible.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Education Science or Communications.
• Curiosity and proactive mindset are essential for asking questions and learning.
• Able to understand business needs and build relationships across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Attraction.
• Explore automation opportunities and smarter ways of working for visible improvements.
• Gain hands-on experience with Employer Branding activities and talent attraction projects.
• Represent Blue Water at career fairs, student engagement activities, and events.
• Analyse existing processes and help shape future operating model.
• Develop coordination skills by supporting recruitment activities and related tasks.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across functions, countries, and cultures.
