Job summary

Kamstrup, an international green-tech company, invites motivated interns to join the People & Culture team in Denmark and gain hands-on recruitment experience. You will partner with hiring managers to recruit Spring 2027 interns, while exploring other P&C areas and shaping the candidate experience.

You will work with a 16‑strong P&C Global Excellence & Operations team, benefiting from mentoring, onboarding, and a supportive environment that values initiative, collaboration, and professional

Qualifications

• Masters student in Business Administration, Psychology, Educational Science or a relevant field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process from A to Z.
• Take ownership of recruiting interns for Spring 2027.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative surveys and provide data-driven insights to People & Culture.
• Support onboarding activities and help create an engaging internship experience via social events and courses.

Here Is What Your Role Entails

During your internship, you will play an important role in driving a people-focused recruitment process and ensuring a great experience for every candidate. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to explore other areas within People & Culture, based on your interests and career aspirations.

More specifically, you will be:

• Partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process from A-Z
• Taking ownership of the for recruiting new the Interns for the Spring semester of 2027
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative surveys and providing the P&C with data-based insights
• Supporting onboarding activities, and helping create engaging internship experience in social events and courses throughout the internship program

You will experience the freedom to explore your interests and take ownership of your own projects, giving you valuable insight into how People & Culture works in practice. With a thorough onboarding and continuous guidance from your mentor, we will support you throughout your entire internship.

In this role you will become a part of our P&C Global Excellence & Operations team consisting of 16 talented colleagues. We are a tight‑knit group working collaboratively to attract and hire candidates while ensuring the smooth operation of our global P&C processes. You will be part of a skilled, dynamic, and diverse team that values personal development, initiative, and collaboration, supporting each other to bring out the best in both the team and the organization.

Did you know? We have a previous Danish champion in Pétanque on our team, and 6 of us started our journey in Kamstrup as Interns.

We are looking for an Intern who is ready to contribute to Kamstrup’s recruitment efforts and help drive our global recruitment and P&C initiatives. You may not have much experience yet, but the most important thing is that you are motivated to make your mark within our people operations.

• Are studying a master´s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Educational Science or another relevant field
• Thrive in a communicating role, enabling you to establish good professional collaborations
• Have a structured and analytical approach to your work
• Can work independently, and like having responsibility for your own tasks
• Are curious and eager to learn, and bring a positive mindset to new challenges and collaborations

As we are an international organisation it is important that you are fluent in English and Danish.
