Kamstrup, an international green-tech company, invites motivated interns to join the People & Culture team in Denmark and gain hands-on recruitment experience. You will partner with hiring managers to recruit Spring 2027 interns, while exploring other P&C areas and shaping the candidate experience.

You will work with a 16‑strong P&C Global Excellence & Operations team, benefiting from mentoring, onboarding, and a supportive environment that values initiative, collaboration, and professional

Qualifications

• Masters student in Business Administration, Psychology, Educational Science or a relevant field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
• Structured and analytical approach to tasks.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Curious and eager to learn with a positive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process from A to Z.
• Take ownership of recruiting interns for Spring 2027.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative surveys and provide data-driven insights to People & Culture.
• Support onboarding activities and help create an engaging internship experience via social events and courses.
