Job summary

Ambu in Denmark is seeking a Student Assistant, HR Coordinator for a 1-year maternity cover within the Global Emerging Markets (GEM) team. Based in Ballerup, you will support HR processes across countries and time zones, partnering with local HR, payroll and EOR providers.

You'll gain hands-on experience in employee administration, HR systems like SuccessFactors, recruitment, onboarding and employee support, while coordinating with Hiring managers and external recruitment partners.

Qualifications

• Prior HR administration, recruitment or coordination experience.
• Experience with HR systems and data.
• Ability to work across countries and cultures.
• Location: Ballerup, Denmark; part-time 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee changes (hiring, transfers, promotions, resignations).
• Maintain employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors) and EOR platforms.
• Coordinate employment documents and amendments.
• Support onboarding and preboarding of new hires.
• Assist payroll, benefits, expenses inquiries to P&C.
• Assist recruitment processes with hiring managers and external partners.
• Conduct HR interviews and support offer preparation.
• Track recruitment timelines and open positions.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes.
