Job summary

Ambu, headquartered near Copenhagen, Denmark, is seeking a Student Assistant to join the Global Patient Monitoring and Commercial Strategy team in Ballerup for about 15 hours per week. You will support marketing, product management, and strategic projects across international teams.

In this role you will build analyses, dashboards in Excel and Power BI, assist with market intelligence and financial analyses, and help maintain SharePoint/Teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in final years of a Bachelor’s or initial years of a Master’s in Business/Strategy/Marketing/Economics/Finance.
• Interest in MedTech/healthcare and data-driven insights.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Management on downstream and upstream marketing initiatives.
• Structure and synthesize input from users, sales organizations, and stakeholders.
• Support market intelligence and competitor research, including desk research.
• Assist with data, financial, and commercial analyses, including input to business cases.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and simple dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Support meetings and presentations, including material preparation and follow-up.
• Maintain internal systems such as SharePoint and Teams, including document management.
• Support creation and update of presentations and internal documents.
