IFF is seeking an HR Business Partner to align with leaders and employees on talent, performance, and organizational development in a global matrix. The role is based in Brabrand, Denmark, with a hybrid setup and collaboration across Denmark, Sweden, Italy, Switzerland, and other international sites.

You will help create an engaging, high-performing culture by delivering local HR solutions aligned with global programs, with travel across Europe as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in international matrix environments.
• Strong knowledge of Danish employment law and applying it in business settings.
• Experience guiding leaders on employee relations, performance management, and organizational change.
• Excellent Danish and English communication, both written and spoken.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, supporting people-related initiatives that drive business success. Working in a global matrix organization, you will partner with stakeholders across selected locations in Denmark, Sweden, Italy, and Switzerland, providing guidance on talent, performance, employee relations, and organizational development while fostering an engaging and high-performing workplace culture. The role is based in Brabrand, Denmark (hybrid role) and is a part of our Nordic HR team. Where You'll Make a Difference

• Act as a trusted HR partner and advisor to leaders and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with managers to support employee engagement, leadership capability, and talent growth.
• Provide expert guidance on employment law, labor market practices, disciplinary matters, and organizational changes.
• Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Shared Services to deliver an excellent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Leverage global HR programs and policies while adapting solutions to local business needs.
• Partner with stakeholders across selected locations in Denmark, Sweden, Italy, Switzerland, and the broader international organization, contributing to a globally connected HR function.
• Participate in regional and global HR projects that support business and people priorities.

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field.
• Prior experience as an HR Business Partner or in a broad HR Generalist role, preferably in an international matrix organization.
• Strong knowledge of Danish employment law and experience applying legislation in a business environment.
• Experience supporting leaders with employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and talent development.
• Strong coaching, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Data-driven mindset and experience working with HR systems; Workday experience is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Occasional travel within Europe will be required; therefore, flexibility and willingness to travel are essential for success in this role.
