International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (IFF) is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with leaders across Denmark, Sweden, Italy, and Switzerland, supporting talent, performance, employee relations, and organizational development in a global matrix.

This hybrid role based in Brabrand, Denmark, offers a collaborative Nordic HR environment and opportunities to influence culture, drive engagement, and deliver exceptional employee experiences across multiple sites and countries.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, business or related field.
• Experience as HR Business Partner or generalist in international matrix.
• Strong knowledge of Danish employment law.
• Excellent Danish and English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Act as trusted HR partner to leaders and employees, advising on employee relations, performance, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and HR Shared Services to deliver an excellent employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Guide employment law, labor market practices, disciplinary matters, and organizational changes across regions.
• Participate in regional and global HR projects and adapt global programs to local needs.
