Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics seeks a Vice President, FP&A and Enterprise Insights to lead the global Financial Planning & Analysis function and integrate it with market intelligence to guide growth, pricing strategies, and long-term value creation.

You will manage a global team, develop dashboards, support pricing evolution and network investments, and collaborate with executives across Finance, Commercial, Operations, Strategy, Investor Relations, and the leadership group.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
12-15+ years of FP&A, financial strategy, or corporate finance experience with exposure to market intelligence.
Proven leadership of global, cross-functional teams and strategic decision support.

Responsibilities

Lead DSV's global FP&A function including target setting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Establish and evolve enterprise insights and market intelligence framework; track competitor activity and industry trends.
Integrate market intelligence into scenario planning, revenue modeling, and risk analysis.
Provide executive leadership with actionable recommendations through analyses and business cases.
Oversee executive dashboards and Board-level financial reports, highlighting macroeconomic risks and opportunities.
Drive planning accuracy, data governance, and digital tool adoption (e.g., Anaplan, Power BI).
Lead a high-performing global team and collaborate across Finance, Commercial, Operations, Strategy, IR, and Executive Management.
