Job summary

DSV, a global transport and logistics leader, is seeking a Vice President, FP&A and Enterprise Insights to lead the worldwide financial planning and analysis function and integrate market, industry, and competitor intelligence to guide executive decisions. You will collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategy and ensure cohesive planning across functions.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, scenario planning, and strategic analyses, with leadership of a diverse global team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or MBA.
• 12-15+ years of FP&A, financial strategy, or corporate finance experience with market intelligence.
• Strong leadership of global cross-functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Deep understanding of global market trends and industry economics.
• Experience with Anaplan, SAP BPC, Hyperion, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and storytelling to engage executives.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Experience in logistics or international services is advantageous; professional certifications (CPA/CFA/CMA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global FP&A function including target setting, forecasting, and planning.
• Establish world-class enterprise insights and market intelligence framework.
• Integrate market intelligence into scenario planning and risk analysis.
• Provide executives with scenarios, business cases, and strategic analyses.
• Oversee executive dashboards and board-level financial reports.
• Drive process improvements in planning accuracy and data governance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global team.
• Support pricing evolution, network investments, and service expansion with financial context.
