Job summary

Lunar, a Nordic challenger bank, is seeking a Head of Finance Transformation & Controlling to join its Copenhagen finance team. You’ll lead the Business Central migration end-to-end, own management reporting and the close, and drive IFRS 9 readiness across groups.

You’ll design controls, run a data quality program, and secure cross-functional data ownership across Finance, Tech and Product. The role combines detailed financial engineering with the influence to land decisions beyond your direct

Qualifications

Experience leading a finance transformation programme in a bank or regulated financial institution.
Hands-on ERP implementation or migration ownership with COA/dimension design.
Strong controlling background: reporting, consolidation, cost control, close acceleration.
Knowledge of IFRS 9 modelling or willingness to own it.

Responsibilities

Lead Business Central migration end-to-end: COA, dimensions, mappings, deadlines.
Own management reporting and accelerate close to business-day-five with automation.
Own group consolidation and IFRS 9 ECL model readiness from accounts to audit.
Design segregation-of-duties and controls framework for Accounting; single, consistent framework.
Run data quality program and secure cross-functional data ownership across Finance, Tech and Product.
