Vestas, a global leader in wind energy, seeks a Senior Market Intelligence professional to drive strategic insights for the Global Transactional Sales & E-Commerce team. You will analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and lead data-driven initiatives to expand the spare parts business across regions.

You will collaborate with global and regional teams, influence commercial decisions, and support strategic investments with robust market intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Insights, Market intelligence, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in market intelligence, e-commerce, or aftermarket/spare parts business.
• Experience in B2B environments (preferably industrial, energy, or manufacturing sectors).
• Proven track record of driving marketing and sales activities and interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities across customer segments, products, channels, and regions
• Analyze commercial performance, market trends, and business drivers to uncover risks and growth potential
• Develop and execute strategies to grow market share, revenue, customer acquisition, and retention
• Lead cross-functional growth initiatives from opportunity assessment through implementation and results tracking
• Assess customer potential and share of wallet to identify sales gaps and prioritize growth actions
• Deliver market intelligence, competitor insights, market sizing, and forecasts to support business decisions
• Support strategic projects, business cases, and investment decisions with data-driven analysis
