Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Insights, Market Intelligence, or related field.
• 5+ years in market intelligence, e-commerce, or aftermarket/spare parts business.
• Experience in B2B environments (industrial, energy, or manufacturing preferred).
• Proven track record of driving marketing and sales activities and interacting with customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities across customer segments, products, channels, and regions
• Analyze commercial performance, market trends, and business drivers to uncover risks and growth potential
• Develop and execute strategies to grow market share, revenue, customer acquisition, and retention
• Lead cross-functional growth initiatives from opportunity assessment through implementation and results tracking
• Assess customer potential and share of wallet to identify sales gaps and prioritize growth actions
• Deliver market intelligence, competitor insights, market sizing, and forecasts to support business decisions
• Support strategic projects, business cases, and investment decisions with data-driven analysis
