Job summary

AGC Biologics A/S, based in Denmark, seeks a Maintenance Engineer to strengthen performance, reliability, and efficiency of production and utility equipment. You will lead maintenance strategies and structured improvements to ensure compliant, cost-efficient operations within a GMP environment, supporting life-changing biologics.

The role emphasizes developing maintenance plans, risk-based prioritization, and collaboration with the PMO and site stakeholders to ensure reliable manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Danish proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or related technical functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, condition-based).
• Conduct FMECA and risk assessments to prioritize improvements.
• Assess and adjust spare parts strategies to support reliability.
• Coordinate Life Cycle Asset Management with PMO.
• Act as SME on reliability engineering; support commissioning and qualification of new equipment.
• Perform root cause analyses on equipment failures and downtime.
