A Product Owner role at Novo Nordisk A/S is to take full ownership of two global facility monitoring systems, defining strategy and priorities to keep quality and supply moving. You will manage budgets and shape the long-term direction with an international English-speaking team.

You will lead the product team and collaborate across functions, with a focus on IT strategy, architecture awareness, and compliant processes within a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in IT or business preferred.
• Around 3+ years of Product Owner experience.
• Strong IT strategic understanding and shaping long-term direction of a product.
• Understanding of design-level architecture (not deep technical).
• Experience with cost management and budgeting.
• Strong written and spoken English in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Own the overall direction of both global FMS systems, setting the product strategy and longer-term roadmap.
• Own and prioritise the backlog, deciding what gets delivered and when, based on business needs and input from the product team.
• Lead the product team informally, aligning roles, responsibilities and deliverables so the team works effectively together.
• Manage costs, budgeting and the financial model, ensuring costs are covered and spend is tracked against budget.
• Manage stakeholders proactively; identify issues early and bring in the right people to prevent escalation.
• Act as the first escalation point for significant issues with the product or implementations, and set a standard for quality.
