Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a Release Operations Manager to lead the planning and rollout of Novocare releases globally. You will own the operational plan, release calendar and readiness tracking, ensuring a consistent, scalable and compliant approach across markets.

You will translate priorities into an integrated plan, manage dependencies and risks, and coordinate with Market Enablement and regional contacts to ensure successful launches with strong governance and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, IT, engineering or project/programme management, or equivalent experience.
• Experience coordinating digital product releases and multi-market rollouts.
• Ability to manage integrated plans, dependencies, risks and readiness checks.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational backbone of Novocare releases from planning through launch and stabilisation.
• Translate priorities into an integrated release plan with milestones and rollout waves.
• Maintain release calendar, dependency map, risk log and action tracking.
• Facilitate readiness reviews and coordinate with Market Enablement and regional contacts.
• Track delivery, quality and adoption and prepare governance updates.
