Job summary

Novo Nordisk Foundation is seeking a Head of Corporate IT to define and execute a secure, scalable IT strategy for the Foundation, Novo Holdings and affiliated initiatives. You will lead a team of 18, drive governance, and ensure a high-quality service model across Europe, the US and Asia.

Reporting to the CFO, you will own the IT portfolio, vendor management and strategic sourcing, while balancing local needs with global execution and ongoing transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior IT leader with international experience.
• Experience across IT operations, architecture, cyber security and major projects.
• Strong governance, portfolio management and vendor oversight.
• Proven ability to lead leaders through change and drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Corporate IT organisation and its leaders, fostering trust and empowerment.
• Ensure stable, secure, global IT operations across regions.
• Provide strategic oversight of IT Architecture, Cyber Security and project portfolio.
• Oversee Corporate IT finances, sourcing, and vendor performance for value.
• Partner with executive leadership to align IT with business priorities.
