Fuller Technologies is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to service Vertical Roller Mills, primarily on-site at cement plants across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with 70–80% travel. A strong mechanical engineering background and hands-on field experience are essential for optimal equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years hands-on field service experience.
• Experience with rotary systems in cement or heavy industrial plants.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot rotating machinery.
• Hands-on experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Technical certifications in industrial maintenance or equipment commissioning.

Responsabilités

• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of vertical roller mills.
• Inspect and test equipment; supervise installations on site.
• Train customer personnel on operation and safety procedures.
• Provide remote/onsite technical support and troubleshooting.
• Prepare commissioning reports with observations and actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service.
